Not bad at all for a machine wash. They do take their time drying your vehicle but I think the overall price is a bit much for a machine car wash. A regular exterior + vacuum is 15 bucks which is similar to what a hand wash will charge you
They apply more expensive service that I did no want, and no refund.
When I returned to show them I was told:
So, see the signs very very carefully and order services carefully.
I asked refund but he did not.
Detailer Messed up my paint. Paid $150 for them to detail my truck exterior. Left covered in swirl marks. (Fine scratches made by compounding at wrong speed/pressure)
I want a refund or the paint corrected.
All the while shrugging his shoulders and walking away while asking if they will make it right.
Loved this car wash! We have a family van with three young little ones- so only imagine the disaster inside the van :) we did the rebound wash that took care of the interior rugs and did a miracle!!!! They power washed those babies and the interior looked brand new again. This is definitely a monthly upkeep that's a must with my family. The Service was incredible. I appreciated their patience and willingness to assist me with removing the all weather interior mats inside. It was a must and they made it happen!!! Stunning service-definitely scored a super fan!!!!!
I arrived there at around 6:30 pm. I only looked the prices of services. What I wanted 'Fast break' which includes exterior and vacuum. But I missed the sign saying that no vacuum service is available after 6pm. When I asked Fast break the worker applied exterior plus some other services including wax without any explanation. After exterior cleaning I asked vacuum then I was told that no vacuum after 6pm. So, I talk to the worker then I figured out he applied more services to match the price with Fast break without talking to me anything.
3rd- it happened because black paint is hard to do.
1st- I should wax it
2nd- it's because it is plastic (points to small plastic part forgettingvrest of truck is metal)
Great wash. Reasonable prices. Great mini mart.
