Treat you like your somebody. Associates show they actually care. They know their stuff, had me feeling like a celebrity. I love it made me keep coming back.
wowzerz this location had the absolute worst customer service. the only reason i gave it 2 stars was for the one helpful cashier that directed me to the correct dept. upon arriving i encountered a young man that appeared to be 16... i over heard his conversation with an older woman about VR glasses and he knew absolutely nothing about them. when i asked for the product i was searching for he couldn't give me a definitive answer. the proceeds to tell me he has never seen the product in the store. i showed him the item online and that it stated available in this specific location, he leaves comes back and still no. he wasn't able to operate the kiosk either... i gave up and went to bed bath and beyond. sooo much quicker and i got what i wanted.
Enjoy doibg my shopping there been going for year's. Prices are great and there always a 20% discount which is perfect for my shopping. I would recommend it to my friends and to other shoppers
This Kohl's seems a little bigger than others I have been to. Customer service is tucked away in the back corner of the store. Staff was friendly. Overall I liked the store.
I love that store. I go there every end of each season. Great merchandise and great prices. The combination of amazing sales with the 30% off coupon and Kohl's cash back is priceless. I always and up paying only $20 for very good and expensive boots. Don't forget - always at the end of the season. Have fun.
