They have no customer service their employees are terrible. They don't help anyone you stand on the line forever just waiting for someone to help and then when it's your turn the employees are rude and disrespectful especially Brenda and Charlie

I'd give them no stars. Computer has been there two weeks and no one knows where it is or what's been done to it. I have asked for managers and told repeatedly no one can help me. "They can send an email, but thats all they can do.
