Do not deal with this company. Like any other, they will show you their best side and act professionally but everything is a disaster on the back end. Numerous phone calls back and forth trying to properly set up my account with countless problems. When first trying to set up my account online, my account was linked to someone else's billing account, allowing me access to all of their personal and billing information. They fixed it eventually, great. Months later I receive a phone call saying that my policy was going to be cancelled, because no payment had been made- what? My payments have been on automatic withdraw but the company never linked my homeowner's policy and auto policy (which I opened both at the same time), so my homeowner's was negligent and going to be sent to collections. They claim to have sent mail regarding it but it was never received. Odd, because I did receive the final letter regarding that, but not the first ones. Great, so the rep called me and asked me for my card information and I made the payment. Another few weeks pass and I receive another notice saying no payment has been received. I call the company, they have no record of the payment or phone call and they refuse to remit the late/cancellation fees. Just feels very intentional. Stay away.
