I cannot say how much I recommend them. I called, and within ten minutes I received a response. Just from describing over the phone what was wrong they knew exactly what work needed to be done. Within the hour I had a worker here and fixing my toilet. Both the owner and associates were so kind and friendly and answered all my questions. When the tech came he put booties on so he wouldn't make a mess in my bathroom and cleaned up when he was done. Work was done in a hour, as promised.
Frist time using Flotechs and have NO regrets. Work was done in a timely order, kept a clean work site and wore booties. Very impress. Making arrangements for my next project with them. Excellent Job!!!! Highly Recommended.
Called these guys on a Sunday and they were back in touch in about 20 minutes - much faster than I could have reasonably expected. They came in to handle a leaky main valve for the house, set up and did replacements in a little over an hour. At every step, they were professional, pleasant and fast. Will definitely use again!
One word describe to Flotech,"amazing". Everyone in this company is trustworthy and efficient. The work is done is a timely manner and they are extremely professional and honest. I highly recommend Flotech and their number is on my refrigerator in case of an emergency! This is one of the few contractors you can trust and rely on!!!!!
Completely professional. Know all pertinent codes work quickly and cleanly. We used them to correct a prior plumbing fiasco, responded in an emergency and fixed alll boiler problems. Rates are fair so what more can I say
